Forward Avto Center began its partnership with the Volkswagen brand in 2003, becoming an official representative of the marque. In 2007, a new dealership was opened, becoming the ninth Volkswagen concept dealership in Ukraine, confirming full compliance with the corporate standards and requirements of Volkswagen Group. This ensures a high level of service and product quality in line with international standards.

In addition, customers can take advantage of the Das WeltAuto program, which includes a trade-in service.

Our employees are highly qualified specialists who complete an extensive and detailed training program developed by the Volkswagen manufacturer. All specialists are certified in accordance with German standards.

The service station at our dealership is equipped with modern professional diagnostic systems and specialized tools. It provides comprehensive diagnostics of the vehicle’s technical condition, offers full information on its technical requirements, and performs all work to a high standard in full compliance with Volkswagen requirements, while minimizing service time.

A fully equipped body repair workshop, which is part of the Forward Avto Center, is located on the Avtograd premises. It carries out all types of bodywork, including body geometry inspection, frame straightening on a slipway, panel beating, welding, paint preparation, as well as painting with computer-based enamel colour matching. In addition, various types of polishing work are performed to further enhance the vehicle’s appearance.
